• Eight passport-size photos with a white background.
• Passport with a minimum validity of six months and at least two blank pages.

• All bookings are subject to approval and licensing by MOMA, as well as the quota allocated by MOMA.
• Any fluctuations in taxes or currency rates imposed by the Indian or Saudi Government will be borne by the passengers.

• Once the visa is issued, cancellations will not be permitted, and no refunds will be provided.
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 45 days of departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
